Tips for taking surveys

We have a wide variety of surveys to choose from! To help you decide which to take, we list the time and reward for each survey upfront. Choose one that aligns with your needs. Topics are random and not shown in the survey description.

Survey providers determine your eligibility for each survey, and you may be disqualified at any point during the process. This is common and entirely up to the survey provider.

To improve your chances of qualifying for a survey:

  • Take your time and answer each question thoughtfully.
  • Be consistent with your responses–you may see the same question multiple times.
  • Answer honestly and in line with your profile.
  • Provide meaningful, accurate answers.

If you’re disqualified, simply try another survey.

  1. Tap Surveys on the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Browse the list of available surveys.

  4. Read survey details, then tap Start Survey to begin.
  5. If prompted, agree to the survey provider’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and cookies.
  6. Answer any prescreen questions.
  7. Continue to complete the survey.

Common questions

Have you completed your profile yet? Survey providers want feedback from people with specific qualifications and demographics. We get that information from you when you complete your profile. So, complete it now to earn $1 and see which surveys you qualify for.

Survey providers are looking for participating who meet specific criteria, so being disqualified can happen–and it’s completely up to the survey provider. Don’t worry; it’s common and part of the process!

Here are a few reasons you might not qualify:

  • The survey participant quota was already filled. (It happens–your timing was just a bit off!)
  • Your responses didn’t align with the details in your profile.
  • You completed the survey too quickly or took longer than expected.
  • Didn’t respond accurately to quality questions designed for attention checks, profile matching, consistent responses, etc.
  • Gave incomplete or non-sense answers to open-ended questions.

Master Tip: Take your time, stay thoughtful, and keep your answers consistent to improve your chances of qualifying.

If you experience an error while taking a survey, we want to know. Please contact Support and provide the following information:

  • A screenshot of the error
  • The day and time the error occurred
  • Survey topic
  • Length of the survey

We will work with the survey provider to come up with a solution.

Survey providers review your responses. They may reverse your reward if you:

  • Rushed through or took too long to complete the survey,
  • Didn’t respond accurately to quality questions designed for attention checks, profile matching, consistent responses, etc., or
  • Gave incomplete or non-sense answers to open-ended questions.

If this occurs frequently, your KashKick account may be deemed fraudulent and canceled per our Terms of Service. Please provide thoughtful, honest, and consistent answers so we can keep rewarding you.

To maintain high-quality participation, we might pause your survey access for 30 days if you consistently answer questions inaccurately according to your profile or if we suspect you of fraudulent behavior while taking surveys. If you think this has occured in error, contact Support.
