Enable tracking on your device

We use tracking to record your progress so we can pay you for reaching goals in games and deals. So, it’s important that you enable tracking on your mobile device before you download a game app or accept a deal.

How to enable tracking on your device

NOTE:If you’re enabling tracking after installing a game app, you may need to uninstall and reinstall it for tracking to work properly.

  1. Open Google Chrome on your device.
  2. Tap More in the top right corner of the navigation bar.

    Tap the More menu in Chrome.
  3. Tap Settings, then Privacy & Security.
  4. Confirm that Send a “Do Not Track” Request is set to Off. If not, tap it and disable it.

    Ensure Send a "Do Not Track" request is Off.

That’s right. Turning the setting off sounds backward, but we promise it’s correct.

With the KashKick app installed on your device, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  2. Tap Allow Apps to Request to Track.
  3. Tap to enable KashKick.

    In iOS Tracking settings, allow apps to request tracking and enable for KashKick.

If you disallow tracking later, you will be prompted in KashKick to allow tracking again.

NOTE:iCloud Plus users, disable the iCloud Private Relay in your mobile device Settings to ensure tracking works.

You may be asked to accept tracking and cookies for game apps or deals websites. If so, accept them because this also ensures tracking works properly.


Confirm tracking works

The game or deal should appear on the In Progress tab for Games (Challenges) or Deals within 24 hours of installation. A deal with just one earning goal will go directly to the History tab. Go there to confirm that the tracking worked.

You should also see kash in your account when you reach your first earning goal. See Check the status of your kash for more details.


Troubleshoot tracking

If you don’t see your game or deal on the In Progress tab within 24 hours, something isn’t working. Stop playing and try these troubleshooting steps.

  1. Disable any VPN or Proxy on your device.
  2. Confirm that you haven’t previously downloaded the game. Only new players are eligible to earn rewards.
  3. Turn off ad or extension blockers.
  4. Uninstall the game, then reinstall it via the link in KashKick. Check if it appears on the In Progress tab within 24 hours.
