Back when Luka Likaroski joined KashKick in May 2023, he was the third member of the customer support team. Now? The team has grown to nearly 25 individuals who work together to achieve one common goal: to assist as many KashKick members as possible.
One of Luka’s first jobs was in customer support for Fortnite. So when he heard KashKick was looking for a customer support manager, he was intrigued.
“I wanted to get back into the gaming industry because I find it entertaining,” he said. He was also drawn to the fact that KashKick rewards members without them having to spend a single dime. “It’s a great concept,” he said.
Since joining the team, Luka has been promoted a few times and now serves as the vice president of customer operations. His responsibilities range from overseeing the customer support teams, including payments and fraud, to implementing strategies that improve response times, resolution rates and overall customer satisfaction.
Not only does his team help take care of individual member issues, but they also report those issues back to the appropriate parties, such as the development team. To Luka, customer support is more than resolving customer issues; it’s constantly working to ensure all members have the best possible KashKick experience.
“In many cases, we are the first ones who hear about various types of issues,” he said. “Our aim is to use that information to improve KashKick for everyone.”
When Luka isn’t leading the customer support team, he enjoys photography and traveling to experience different cultures. One of his favorite places to visit has been Tokyo. “I would honestly move there,” he said. “Everything is perfect.”
For now, he’s based in Belgrade, Serbia, where around 30 other members of the KashKick team also work (and where a KashKick satellite office just opened!).
