You’ve entered the world of RAID: Shadow Legends—a realm where skill meets grind, strategy meets chaos, and champions rise or fall based on the sharpness of your tactics. Whether you’re here for the fantasy, the thrill of battle, or the payout waiting through KashKick, one thing’s clear:
This is no place for button-mashers. You’ll need focus. Precision. And maybe… just a bit of ninja wisdom.
Let’s begin your training.
What Is RAID: Shadow Legends?
RAID is a turn-based, squad-building RPG with over 700 champions to collect, train, and unleash in battle. Each champion belongs to a faction (like High Elves, Orcs, or Undead Hordes) and fills a combat role: Attack, Defense, Support, or HP.
You’ll take these champions into dungeons, arenas, faction wars, and campaign missions. You’ll earn gear, level up, unlock abilities, and make hard calls about who to invest in—and who to leave behind.
It’s deep. It’s tactical. And if you play through KashKick, it’s profitable.

Choose Your Starter Wisely (Hint: Choose Kael)
When you first begin, RAID offers you four starter champions:
- Kael (Dark Elf): Poison specialist and hands-down the best starter
- Athel (Sacred Order): Decent AoE and speed boost
- Elhain (High Elf): Good early-game nuker
- Galek (Orc): Hits hard, but falls off later
Unless you’re on a personal mission to prove otherwise, pick Kael. His poison skills scale beautifully into the mid- and late-game, making him useful in Clan Boss, Dragon’s Lair and even Arena.
Ninja tip: Build for the long game early.
Build a Balanced Squad, Not Just a Bunch of Hitters
Don’t fall into the “damage-only” trap. A true Kash Master balances offense and utility. Build your squad like a strike team:
- Speed Lead: Gets your team the first move in Arena
- Debuffer: Lowers enemy defense or places poison
- Support/Healer: Keeps the squad alive through long fights
- AoE Damage Dealer: Wipes out mobs quickly
RAID rewards balance. The right synergy can defeat stronger teams—or clear campaign stages well above your level.
Don’t Waste Resources—Train Like a Ninja
It’s tempting to throw gear on every new shiny champion, but hold back. Your silver and energy are limited resources—spend them like a disciplined assassin spends shurikens:
- Focus on 1–2 champions early—ideally Kael and your best rare.
- Level your food—Use weak champions to level your strong ones.
- Only 6-star champions you’ll use for a long time—Think: Kael, Apothecary, Warmaiden, Deacon Armstrong.
And one final stealth tip? Your first 6-star champion will carry your whole team. Make it count.
Final Thoughts: Start With Precision, Not Panic
RAID throws a lot at you fast. But breathe, grasshopper. You don’t need to summon everything, build everyone, or win every dungeon on Day 1.
Train your best, learn your faction counters, and build for synergy—not flash. That’s how real progress (and real rewards) are earned.
And if you’re playing through KashKick? Every boss downed and level cleared could turn into kash in your account. So gear up, stay sharp, and prepare to rise through the ranks.
