But how does KashKick decide which deals to offer members?
Enter Jesus Macias and his team.
Jesus is the Director of Sales at KashKick and oversees the platform’s deals. A Minnesota native and Minneapolis resident, he joined the team in June 2025 with seven years of experience in the rewards space.
Part of Jesus’ role is scouting new products and services to feature as KashKick deals. But not just any offer makes the cut.
First, Jesus carefully considers whether a potential partnership will bring real value to KashKick members.
“If a brand doesn’t seem aligned with our members’ interests, we will see little to no engagement,” he said. “We want to ensure the new partnership offers a product or service that we believe will benefit our users’ daily lives.”
Second, he considers the value exchange — both what KashKick can provide the brand and what the brand can provide KashKick.
So, for a deal to move forward, there has to be value alignment on three fronts: KashKick members, brands and KashKick itself. Jesus calls these “win-win-win partnerships.”
“KashKick wins when we have happy members who are rewarded for engaging with brands they have a genuine interest in, and clients who are glad to work with us,” he said.
Jesus is competitive, so he loves striking a good deal — but he also loves that KashKick makes a real impact on people’s lives.
“Knowing that we help our users earn some extra money that helps make ends meet, buy birthday presents, hit savings goals and more is really what feels great!” he said.
When Jesus isn’t at his desk, he likes getting outside to explore parks and hike with his Australian Shepherd, Zoey. He also enjoys a good game of golf with his friends.
