How can we help?

Account on hold or inactive

At KashKick, we’re always working to keep your account safe. One way we do that is by monitoring account activity. We automatically put an account on hold if we note suspicious activity or if the account has been inactive for 90 days. If or when you’re ready, we will help you regain access.

NOTE:You may be required to verify your identity to recover your account.

Suspicious activity hold

Our Support team monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If we note potentially fraudulent earnings, Kash Out requests, or logins from outside the US, we will hold your account for up to 30 days to investigate.

If you try to log in during that time, you will be asked to answer questions about your recent account activity. Support will review your responses and take 2-3 days to investigate. If everything seems secure, we will reactivate your account. If not, your account will be closed, forfeiting your earnings.

Inactive accounts

If we haven’t seen you in a while–90 days or more–when you try to log in, you will see a notification explaining that your account has been deactivated. You can click to reactivate your account, and we will send you an email welcoming you back.

NOTE:Per our Terms of Service, you forfeit your earnings after 90 days of inactivity.
